International telephony makes possible to speak on the phone with persons in other countries. Ukrtelecom JSC provides international telephony services via fixed and mobile networks of foreign countries.

International telephony services may be received from home phones, corporate phones, universal pay-phones and automated public telephones in Telecomservice offices.

When concluding the agreement, each Ukrtelecom’s subscriber shall decide whether he wishes to use international telephony services from his own phone.  According to this, his telephone will be assigned one or another category of automatic caller identification (Caller ID).  The Caller ID category may be changed, if required.

Besides, all Ukrtelecom telephone network subscribers, even those who themselves have limited their access to international telephony services, may use such services by means of pre-paid VSEsvit and VSEsvit Plus cards.

How international telephony services be used?

To use international telephony service, it is necessary to dial “8”, wait for the continuous signal, dial “10” (international line code), country code, city code and a subscriber number.

How much do the services cost?

Call (connection) charge shall be specified subject to its duration and rate.  The rate depends on the day of week and time. 

Registration of call duration shall start from the moment any person or subscriber device (facsimile device, answering machine, Caller ID, modem, etc.) has answered and shall terminate at the moment of disconnection.  1 second will be used as a time measurement unit.

Ways of payment

Payment for international telephony services by Ukrtelecom’s subscribers shall be effected in advance or on credit according to the terms and conditions of the service agreement.

The bill may be paid in Telecomservice offices, branch banks as well as via the electronic system of bills delivery and payment Portmone.com.
