Ukrtelecom provides its clients with new kind of service, i.e. making order for local telephony value-added services by phone.

Henceforth, no waiting list, signing agreements or filling in the forms were required.  One can order the service without leaving home.

The only thing you need to do is:

• to make call by the number 0-800-506-800 (free-charge calls) that is a single number for the whole of Ukraine;
• to indicate address where your telephone is installed;
• to get from the operator the phone number, by which the order for local telephony value-added services in your city (locality) are accepted;
• to call by the said number to the appropriate sub-division of Ukrtelecom and order the service needed.

Besides, the operator of the 0-800 service will give you the extensive consultation on the list and substance of local telephony value-added services you may order, and also information on their value.

However, it should be noted that it is possible to make order for value-added services only for the phone number, which subscriber you are (according to the address where your own telephone was installed).

Ukrtelecom JSC proposes to its subscribers to appreciate the advantages of digital ATE and use value-added services within one month at nominal charge!

Notes:

• * the service is provided to the subscriber who has a telephone or an add-in device for the automatic identification of call number (Caller ID);
• in case of ordering any of the services stated in paragraphs 1-16, tone dialing shall be made for free;
• in case of ordering two or more services, the discount of 65% shall be provided.

Additional kinds of ATE maintenance with programmed control

• Wake-up service

You may use your telephone as an alarm clock or to make reminding calls.  At your will, it will ring at a certain time set by you only one time or every day at the same time.

The service value is 1.07 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Abbreviated dialing

If you often call the same numbers, each of them may be coded by two figures (from 00 to 99).  This will enable you to dial a certain telephone number (including long-distance and international numbers) by pressing a short key combination.

The service value is 1.07 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Local, long-distance and international telecommunication by a password

  You may limit the use of automatic international, long-distance and/or local communication from your telephone. Only one who knows a password (combination of figures) may call from your telephone. In case of unauthorized call, the automatic answering machine will switch on and say “The access to this line is denied”.  By using a password, it would be possible to cancel limitation or reestablish it.

The service value is 1.87 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Dialing-free connection

  You may code the number you mostly call and get connection by pressing no dial keys.  Connection with the coded number will occur in 5-10 seconds after you have picked up the phone.

The service value is 1.87 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Message on new call arrival

  Having ordered this service, if somebody tries to reach you while you are talking over phone, you will hear a short signal and may choose one of the following options:

• to keep talking (in such case the caller will receive a busy signal);
• to switch to a new talker (at the same time, the caller will receive a backward clear signal);
• to switch to a new talker (at the same time, the talker, with whom you have just spoken, will hold the line but will no hear your talk).  After you have answered this call, you may return to the delayed talk.

The service value is 1.87 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Conference call

  This service will enable you to involve another talker to the telephone talk.  All three talkers may simultaneously talk and hear their talkers.  At the same time, your talkers may be located in the other city (settlement).  Such conference may be initiated by a person who ordered such service.

The service value is 1.87 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Temporary prohibition of incoming connection

  If you temporary do not wish to answer calls, you may prohibit all incoming calls.

The service value is 1.07 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Temporary prohibition of outgoing connection

You may temporary prohibit all outgoing calls from you telephone if you do not wish that your telephone be used by outside people.

The service value is 1.07 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Incoming calls forwarding

  You may forward telephone calls that came to your number to any other phone number.  But note that just you, and not your caller, will pay for all talks! Call forwarding may be carried out:

• immediately (unconditional forwarding);
• if the subscriber’s number is busy (call forwarding due to busy condition);
• if the subscriber’s number does not answer (call forwarding due to the absence of answer from a subscriber).

The service value is 1.87 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Transfer of Incoming calls to the autoinformator or the absent subscriber service

  This service permits to transfer all calls coming to your number to the answering machine coded by one of such fixed phrases as “Sorry, please redial tonight”; “Sorry, please redial in the morning”; “Sorry, we are not available today”, etc.

The service value is 1.87 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Provision of inquiry during the phone call

  During phone call, you may connect to the third subscriber (with the previous talker holding the line) and return to the delayed talk thereafter.

• Identification of a caller’s line (number)

  If you have telephone with the Caller-ID, you may obtain information on any caller’s phone number.

The service value is 2.06 UAH/month (less VAT). 

• Limitation of a caller’s line (number) identification

  This service permits to keep the phone calls anonymous, i.e. the called subscribers would not be able to identify your phone number.

The service value is 2.06 UAH/month (less VAT). 

If you order two or more services of ATE with programmed control, the discount of 65% will be provided.
