Ukrtelecom JSC initiated telecommunication services with universal prepaid VSEsvit cards.

Universal telecommunication VSEsvit card is a prepaid service card. A user with this card is able to make local and international calls, including mobile connections. The number of the card service will be extended soon.

VSEsvit card allows a user to control his expenses from his home fixed line telephone or fixed telephones installed anywhere. The user pays the bill but not the owner of the fixed phone the user used.

The prepaid VSEsvit card service will be available in pay-phones with the note "VSEsvit card is applied" in any region of Ukraine since 10.07.2007. The pay-phone card will not be required.

Ukrtelecom JSC will provide this service in call offices soon.

You can use your VSEsvit card in any corner of Ukraine by a free number 0-800-506-800.

Personal account to the amount equal to the card cost (10, 20, 50 and 100 hryvna, respectively) is open to everybody who bought VSEsvit card. All the telecommunication services are available for the card user till his account is exhausted or the card is expired.

VSEsvit card validity depends on its price and date of validity starts with the date of the card activation. The card is activated as soon as the user calls by the number on the card and puts in its PIN code.

Cards at the price of 10 and 20 hryvnas are valid during 6 months and cards at the price of 50 and 100 hryvnas are valid during a year. The card expiration date is indicated on its back.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN) on the back of the card identifies the account number. Card PIN should be protected with a cover.

Do not buy cards with defective protecting cover and keep your PIN in secret to avoid strangers use your card.

Each VSEsvit card should be packed. You can buy VSEsvit cards at Telecomservice Offices or Ukrtelecom JSC Call offices. List of the card sale points will be extended in future.

NOTE: Universal telecommunication VSEsvit card allows only telephony services. Fax and data exchange is not possible.
