Internet Dial-Up services by VSEsvit Plus cards you can get via any modem connected to any fixed telephone line (including any fixed line operator). Each user can access the Dial-Up server by the unique telephone number 0-100-50-11-12 within the Ukraine or by local telephone numbers within separate areas. The service rate depends on the server access number.

How to use VSEsvit Plus card for the Internet Dial-Up service.

• Thoughtfully read the User Instructions on the back of the card.
• Carefully (avoid sharp objects) remove the protective cover on the left top of the card back to find your Personal Identification Number (PIN) under it.
• Make a connection by a local telephone number or by the unique telephone number 0-100-50-11-12*.
• Enter your login (first 8 PIN characters) like in the following example: xxxxxxxx@pdialup.ukrtel.net and then enter your password (the other 8 PIN characters).

* There is only local access telephone number 520-20-20 in Kyiv.

Connection Records Control

You can control your balance and connection records on the site: my.ukrtelecom.ua. To enter your personal home page you have to be authorized on the site: enter your login (first 8 PIN characters) and your password (the other 8 PIN characters) on the screen left top.
